Delivery &  Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery. 

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges after this period.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please email us at contact@hellosnugglepea.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The SKU number of the item you wish to return or exchange
  • Clear photo or video evidence showing the defect or issue 

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition – unwashed, unworn, and undamaged
  • All original packaging and labels must be included
  • If items do not meet these requirements, the buyer will be responsible for any costs incurred, and no refund will be issued

Return Shipping

  • All returns must be sent via registered mail with an online tracking number to ensure safe delivery
  • We cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking
  • Returns without prior authorisation from our customer service team will not be accepted

You will be responsible for return shipping costs in these cases:

  1. Incorrect order by customer – If you ordered the wrong product or size, you’ll cover the shipping cost both ways for a replacement. If you prefer a refund, we will refund the item price only.
  2. Change of mind – If you no longer want the item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it to arrange a return.

Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days
  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund appears)
  3. Contact your bank (processing times can vary)

Refused Packages

A $12 non-delivery fee will apply to all refused shipments.
