Delivery & Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges after this period.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please email us at contact@hellosnugglepea.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The SKU number of the item you wish to return or exchange
- Clear photo or video evidence showing the defect or issue
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in original condition – unwashed, unworn, and undamaged
- All original packaging and labels must be included
- If items do not meet these requirements, the buyer will be responsible for any costs incurred, and no refund will be issued
Return Shipping
- All returns must be sent via registered mail with an online tracking number to ensure safe delivery
- We cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking
- Returns without prior authorisation from our customer service team will not be accepted
You will be responsible for return shipping costs in these cases:
- Incorrect order by customer – If you ordered the wrong product or size, you’ll cover the shipping cost both ways for a replacement. If you prefer a refund, we will refund the item price only.
- Change of mind – If you no longer want the item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it to arrange a return.
Refund Policy
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days
- Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund appears)
- Contact your bank (processing times can vary)

Refused Packages
A $12 non-delivery fee will apply to all refused shipments.
