While we strive to ensure that all photos accurately represent the design, color, and style of our products, slight variations may occur in real life due to fabric dyeing, lighting, and display settings. These variations do not constitute a defect or misrepresentation of the product. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these possible differences.
  • All product dimensions are measured manually. Please allow for a difference of 1–3 cm due to manual measurement. These small variations do not affect the overall quality or usability of the product.
  • All items are sourced from third-party suppliers and shipped directly to you.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders can be placed securely through our website using major payment methods including PayPal and credit/debit cards.

  • Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 2–5 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

4. Shipping

  • Shipping times typically range from 7–14 business days, depending on your location.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

  •  Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty. All returns require prior authorisation and must be sent with tracking.

  •  Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
